Ministry life rarely lives up to our hopes, vision and expectations. And even when things are going well a visionary leader will still see further ahead to what could be. How we manage the gap between our vision and our reality will play a big part in our effectiveness as leaders. In this episode Rohan and Jill discuss how we can stay full of faith and hope, lead our teams into a place of hope while not getting discouraged and pulling back, or worse still, venting on our teams.
