Lead Pastors

Rohan and Jill have been married for 34 years and are the proud parents of five children—Amy (married to Nick, with their beautiful children Alessia (Essie) and Luca), Michael (married to Carna), Rebekah, Nathan, and Jeremiah. Family is at the heart of everything they do, and their deep love for people is reflected in the way they lead and pastor.
With over three decades in pastoral ministry, Rohan and Jill have faithfully served since 1992, bringing wisdom, passion, and a commitment to seeing people know Jesus and grow in their faith. Since 2012, they have led AnchorPoint Macarthur and AnchorPoint Wollondilly, before also taking on AnchorPoint Illawarra in 2020.
Beyond their local church leadership, they serve in a broader capacity as C3 Australia’s Area Directors for the Sydney South region, supporting and equipping pastors and churches throughout the network.
Their leadership is marked by a genuine heart for people, a love for God’s Word, and a passion for building strong, healthy churches. Whether they’re preaching, mentoring leaders, or simply having a conversation over coffee, Rohan and Jill bring a warmth and authenticity that makes everyone feel at home.

Rohan is a gifted Bible teacher and communicator, passionate about making Scripture clear, practical, and life-changing. He has a unique ability to break down complex biblical concepts in a way that is both engaging and accessible, helping believers not only understand God’s Word but also live it out in their daily lives.
Two of his greatest passions are helping Christians apply the Bible in practical ways, so their faith is more than just knowledge; and inspiring believers to use their gifts to bring God’s Kingdom values—love, justice, peace, healing, and more—into the world around them.
Rohan spent six years as CEO of a church-based Community Services not-for-profit, working to bridge the gap between faith and real-world impact. His heart for both theology and community transformation is evident in everything he does.
Whether he’s preaching, mentoring, or leading, Rohan’s deep love for God’s Word and His people shines through, making him a trusted voice and encourager in our church and beyond.

She understands firsthand the challenges of navigating depression and anxiety, which has shaped her deep passion for creating safe and supportive spaces where people feel free to be transparent, vulnerable, and truly seen. Jill believes that healing and transformation happen in authentic community, and is committed to making the church a place where people can be real about their struggles without fear of judgment.
Jill carries a strong desire to see the church actively making a meaningful impact beyond its four walls. She is passionate about bridging the gap between faith and practical action, ensuring that the love of Christ is not just preached but demonstrated in tangible ways to the wider community.
Jill has an extraordinary gift for raising and releasing teams, bringing together people with diverse strengths and passions to build ministries that make a difference. Whether she’s mentoring leaders, developing programs, or simply encouraging someone over coffee, her heart is always to see people flourish in their God-given purpose.
