Part of the C3 Church Global Family
We are part of C3 Church Global, founded and led by Pastors Phil & Chris Pringle. AnchorPoint Church is part of the global movement, characterised by bright and enthusiastic services with messages of faith, hope and love. AnchorPoint Church is our way of embracing the unique personality of our local vision and regions— coastal, suburban and semi-rural—while staying committed to C3 Australia’s vision of growing life-giving churches across the country.

Organisational Structure

At AnchorPoint Church, we are committed to building a model of ministry that combines the best of both worlds: local creativity and centralised support. This approach enhances unity, strengthens our culture, and ensures every location can thrive.

CENTRALISED SUPPORT — Enabling Local Ministry Impact. Our Central Streams provide vital resources, unified systems, and streamlined training to lighten the operational load for local leaders and teams. CENTRAL STREAMS
Our Central Streams serve as the backbone of our church, providing support, resources, and strategic direction to ensure that every location thrives. Here’s how our Central Streams facilitate our shared mission —
GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS — Centralised management of accounting, IT, HR, compliance, and building operations allows local teams to focus on ministry while ensuring long-term operational sustainability.
VISION AND STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT — The Vision Team, led by the Lead Pastors, guides the spiritual direction and long-term strategy of the church. They shape 3-5 year plans and ensure that all locations align with our mission of “BELONG. BECOME. BUILD.” and vision of “TRANSFORMED LIVES. THRIVING LOCATIONS. TAKING LAND.”

Trusted Anchors
PASTORAL OVERSIGHT FOR OUR CHURCH, PASTORS AND TEAM
As part of the C3 Church movement, we are blessed with a support structure that provides guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
Our Lead and Location pastors are ordained through C3 Australia and adhere to a ministerial code of conduct, participating in regular training to stay refreshed and equipped. We also receive support from seasoned oversight pastors who visit annually, offering our pastors and boards wisdom, prayer, and counsel. This connection keeps us anchored to the larger body of Christ while ensuring that our leadership reflects integrity and alignment with God’s vision for our church.
FAITHFUL STEWARDSHIP OF RESOURCES
We understand that every resource entrusted to us is a gift from God, and we take this responsibility seriously. In line with Australian law, all of our entities are registered with the ACNC, and our financial accounts undergo annual reviews to ensure transparency and accountability. These processes may seem behind the scenes, but they play a crucial role in building trust and confidence, allowing us to focus
wholeheartedly on our mission and mission.
At AnchorPoint Church, governance isn’t just about rules or systems—it’s about creating a framework that supports everything we do for God’s kingdom. By stewarding our resources and responsibilities well, we build a foundation of trust, safety, and excellence that allows ministry to thrive and lives to be transformed. This is the heartbeat behind our governance: honouring God, loving His people, and staying faithful to the mission He has entrusted to us.
FAITHFUL STEWARDSHIP FOR A FLOURISHING FUTURE
At AnchorPoint Church, we believe good governance is more than just rules or systems—it’s a way of honouring God, stewarding His resources wisely, and creating a strong foundation for ministry to thrive. Currently, we operate through three legal entities: C3 Church Wollondilly (Camden and Picton locations), C3 Church Thirroul, and Local Community Ventures, our tax-deductible charity. To better reflect our unified vision and streamline operations, we are exploring options for how to merge our two church entities, reducing administrative costs and simplifying processes so we can focus more on ministry and prepare for future opportunities like church planting. While our charity will remain a separate legal entity, we are already fostering collaboration across our boards to ensure every AnchorPoint Church location and LCV is represented in our governance conversations. By stewarding our resources and responsibilities well, we build trust, safety, and excellence—honouring God, loving His people, and staying faithful to the mission He has entrusted to us.
A SAFE CHURCH FOR EVERYONE
Creating a safe, welcoming environment is one of the ways we demonstrate God’s love and care. At AnchorPoint Church, we take this responsibility seriously, focusing on three key areas: protecting children and vulnerable people, fostering spiritual and emotional safety, and ensuring our physical environments are safe for everyone. Whether it’s through regular training for our volunteers and leaders, clear codes of conduct, or practical steps like risk management and workplace safety guidelines, we are committed to best practices that honour God and protect His people. Our Safety Management team helps us stay ahead of changing legislation and ensures that every space—from kids’ ministry rooms to prayer gatherings—reflects God’s heart for security, respect, and care. Our commitment to safety isn’t just about compliance; it’s about creating spaces where people can experience God’s love without fear or hesitation.
